Tournament FAQ
Schedule
Registration, Driving Range, Putting Green, and Light Breakfast Open: 7:30 am. Volunteers: Please check in at the registration table. Gather at Carts: 8:40 am. Shotgun Start: 9:00 am. Lunch: Delivered on Course beginning at 11:00 am. Awards Ceremony/Reception: As soon as the tournament ends. The raffle will be drawn at the end of the presentations. During the Tournament: Visit Kent Ehrhardt and the Ehrhardt Family on Hole #5! Alec’s family and friends will be delivering food and drink on the course! Photographs and Video will be taken throughout by pros!
What’s Included
18 holes of golf, a scramble-style tournament. Light Breakfast, On-Course Lunch (Chick-fil-A sandwiches), NA Beverages, Beer, Heavy Appetizer Reception Swag bag | Custom hat.
Important Reminders
Please arrive early to allow time for registration and networking. Bag Drop Off: Club staff will direct you to your cart! Dress code: standard golf attire/collared shirts. The tournament will take place rain or shine. Follow all course rules and pace-of-play guidelines.
